Intarsia is a woodworking technique that uses varied shapes, sizes, and species of wood fitted together to create a mosaic picture with an illusion of depth.

Intarsia is created through the selection of different types of wood, using their natural grain pattern and colour to create variations in the pattern.

Intarsia (marquetry) we make of the Czech woody plants (Maple tree, Walnut tree, Birch, Cherry tree etc.), but also of exotic woody plants such as: Palisander Cocobolo, Palisander Santos, Mahogany, Makassar Ebony, African Wavon, Myrtle etc.

I can make any motive on demand, according to the agreement of a selected woody plants.

Utilization of these originals is really wide - from gifts and decorative items to decorate furniture.
